Q: I no longer need the item I have bought from you, can I return it?
A: Yes you can! As long as it hasn’t been more than 14 days since you received the item(s) you can return them. All we ask you to do is use the ‘Contact Us‘ form. Please be aware we will ask you to pay the postage costs to send it back to us.

Q: Do you offer a discount on bulk buying singles?
A: Yes! We offer a bulk discount that depends on the number of cards you buy. Currently, the bulk purchase discounts are as follow:

5 – 10 singles you get 10% off
11- 15 singles you get 15% off
16 + singles you get 20% off

This offer excludes all V and VMAX cards and doesn’t take into account shipping during checkout

Q: Why do I need an account to order some cards?
A: We have decided that in order to combat someone botting certain items when they go on sale to limit purchasing to people who have created accounts. Whilst this is a measure that doesn’t 100% block bots from purchasing items it will help and therefore we are not removing this requirement from the store.

Q: Will the cards I be receiving be in perfect condition or comparable to PSA 10?
A: The cards you will receive may not be in perfect condition however this is out of our control. The cards we put on for sale are directly from stock we receive from our suppliers and recently the quality of these sets has been all over the place. Therefore we cannot guarantee you will get a PSA 10 card however, what we can guarantee is that the card you get will be in good condition and playable in tournaments if you play the game competitively. We cannot account for any miscut the card may have.

Q: What shipping services do you offer?
A: Currently offer three different shipping options, these are: Local Pick-up, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Local Pick-up is available to those who live in a 5-mile radius around the business location listed on the ‘Contact Us’ page. Standard shipping is available to all who live in the UK and will use Royal Mail as the courier. It will take approximately 3-5 days to get the item to you with this shipping method. Express Shipping is available to all who live in the UK and will use Royal Mail as the courier. It will take approximately 1-3 days to get the item to you with this shipping method.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: We do! When you spend more than £20.00 you qualify for free ‘Standard Shipping’. If you spend more than £80.00 you qualify for free ‘Express Shipping’

Q: What time are you available to allow pick-up if I have selected ‘Local Pick-Up’ as the shipping option?
A: Currently there are limited time slots throughout the week that are available for pick up. Please look at the times below before choosing that option if it is available to you! If you have chosen this option by accident please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the issue.

If you are planning to drive to pick the order up, to ensure there is enough space in the area please ring before you start heading to collect your order to ensure that you can park, if not please either wait to pick it up at a later time or choose another day to collect your order. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
